Corner Block Studio accepts returns and exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges for change of mind are not offered on custom products.

A refund or exchange is given after products are received by us in a saleable condition (ripped packaging is okay).  Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving the product, and less any applicable shipping costs as follows. 

For change of mind returns - return shipping is the customers expense and the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer.

For incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged products

Corner Block Studio bears the cost for return shipping.Please email us to start the process: please describe the issue and send pictures of the product and postal packaging.

Corner Block Studio behaves according to the consumer laws outlined by the ACCC. This includes replacing your item or offering a refund if it is deemed to have ‘major issues’ such as if it is broken or faulty.
