- To order from the full range, over $400 ex GST, with few limitations on quantities - use the Full Range Order Form & Catalogue below.
- To order a limited range or less than $400, try the Set Pack Order Form.
Wholesale unit prices are the same in each form.
RRP is suggested as 2.2x wholesale price. These Terms & Conditions apply to wholesale supply.
Lead time is generally 2-4 weeks and will be confirmed via email with invoice. Dispatch pending payment or prior to making for custom/large orders.

How to Complete This Form

Add your store name and email - and full details for a first order.
Click submit - this sends a copy of your order to us and you.
We will reply with an invoice and confirmed lead time in 1-2 business days.
The above form does not include shipping costs, these are calculated manually in relation to your order size and location and added to your final invoice.
Delivery lead time will be confirmed when you receive your invoice - usually 3-14 days.
